BOROJEET Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

BOROJEET treats anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance as a baseline requirement. Every account is subject to ongoing transaction monitoring and risk-based review.

Customer due diligence

All players must complete KYC before withdrawing. We may request enhanced due diligence (EDD), including source-of-funds documentation, for higher-risk accounts.

Transaction monitoring

  • Deposits and withdrawals are screened against internal risk rules.
  • Third-party payment instruments are not accepted.
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities, in line with applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

  • Using the platform to layer or convert funds with no genuine play intent.
  • Accepting deposits or transferring winnings on behalf of another person.
  • Bonus abuse or coordinated multi-account play.

Account restrictions

Where an account is flagged, we may pause withdrawals, request additional documentation, or close the account. In serious cases, funds may be withheld pending lawful instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does BOROJEET trigger an AML review?

Reviews are triggered by transaction patterns that exceed internal risk thresholds, mismatched payment names, rapid deposit/withdraw cycles, or use of third-party payment instruments.

What documents may BOROJEET ask for during an AML review?

Typical requests include government-issued ID, proof of address and source-of-funds evidence (salary slip, bank statement) and confirmation that the payment instrument belongs to the account holder.

How long does an AML review take?

Most reviews are resolved within 1–3 business days after all requested documents are received. Complex cases may take longer; you will be notified by email if more information is needed.

Can my withdrawal be held during an AML review?

Yes. Withdrawals to the affected payment instrument may be paused until the review is complete. Funds are protected during this period and will be released once verification is approved.

Will BOROJEET share my information with regulators?

Information may be shared only when required by applicable law. Standard account data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
